2. Acceptance

By creating an account, using CutterForge, downloading a file, buying credits, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use CutterForge.

You must be at least 16 years old to use CutterForge. If you use CutterForge for a business, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

We may ask you to accept these Terms again when we make material changes or when required by law.

3. The Service

CutterForge is an online platform for creating digital 3D-printable cookie cutter and stamp files. Depending on the feature and plan, the service may allow you to:

  • Convert text into cookie cutter or stamp designs
  • Upload images and convert them into printable design files
  • Generate or improve images using AI-powered tools
  • Customize design settings such as size, height, and detail options
  • Save, duplicate, delete, and manage projects
  • Download STL or related digital files for 3D printing

CutterForge provides digital content and digital services. We do not manufacture, sell, inspect, or deliver physical cookie cutters, printers, filament, resin, or other physical materials.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update account information when it changes.

You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our written permission.

5. Plans, Credits, and Payment

5.1 Free and Paid Access

CutterForge may offer free features, paid subscriptions, credit packs, and usage limits. Current pricing, plan features, billing frequency, included credits, and usage limits are shown on the pricing page or during checkout before you pay.

5.2 Prices and Taxes

Prices are shown in euros. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT. Business customers may need to provide accurate tax and billing details.

5.3 Payments

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. You may be redirected to Mollie or a payment provider selected through Mollie to complete checkout. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.

5.4 Credits and Usage

Credits, generations, and downloads may be subject to limits, expiration rules, abuse controls, or plan-specific restrictions shown in the product or at checkout. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money unless required by law.

6. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or another jurisdiction with mandatory distance-selling rights, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, such as generated files, STL downloads, credits used for immediate generation, and similar digital delivery, you may lose the right of withdrawal once delivery or performance begins if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right.

Where required, CutterForge will ask for that express consent and acknowledgement before paid digital content is delivered or before a paid digital service starts during the withdrawal period. If we do not obtain legally required consent, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

To exercise a withdrawal right, contact [email protected] with your account email, order or payment reference, and a clear statement that you withdraw from the purchase.

7. Refunds and Technical Issues

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, payments for credits, subscriptions, and digital content are generally non-refundable once the service has started, credits have been used, or digital content has been delivered.

If you were charged incorrectly, paid twice, cannot access paid features due to a fault on our side, or believe you have a statutory right to a refund, contact us. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, repair access, restore credits, provide a replacement, or refund the affected amount.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription through your account settings where available, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law.

  • Your paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account may revert to a free plan after the subscription ends.
  • You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.
  • Saved projects remain available subject to the limits of your current plan and our retention rules.

Dutch rules for online cancellation are changing on June 19, 2026. If those rules apply to CutterForge, we will provide an obvious cancellation path by that date.

9. Your Content

"User Content" means prompts, text, images, masks, project names, designs, files, and other material you upload, submit, generate, or store through CutterForge.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to upload it, process it, generate designs from it, and use the resulting files.

You grant CutterForge a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transform, display, and transmit User Content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our active systems, except where backup, security, accounting, legal, or dispute-retention obligations apply.

10. AI Features

CutterForge may use third-party AI and image-processing providers, including fal.ai and selected AI model providers, to generate or edit images. The current AI image features use fal.ai Nano Banana 2 endpoints, which fal.ai describes as Google image generation/editing model endpoints. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for your intended use.

  • You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it.
  • You must not submit prompts or images that violate law, third-party rights, provider rules, or these Terms.
  • AI safety systems may reject prompts or limit generation.
  • We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use.
  • Generated images may include provenance or watermarking technology such as SynthID where applied by the provider.
  • We currently disable web-search grounding for our AI image requests, but provider terms may still allow processing of request metadata and usage data.
  • You should independently verify any design before selling, printing, or using it with food.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CutterForge to:

  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of others
  • Create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise prohibited content
  • Generate designs from images you do not have permission to use
  • Upload special-category personal data, confidential personal data, or sensitive material not needed for cookie cutter design
  • Attempt to access another user's account, projects, files, or payment information
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, overload, disrupt, or bypass service limits or security controls
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the service as a competing service without written permission
  • Use CutterForge in a way that violates applicable law or payment provider rules

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 CutterForge Property

CutterForge, WobbleSoft, our software, website, editor, design, workflows, logos, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by WobbleSoft or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

12.2 Your Generated Files

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, your rights in your input content, third-party rights, and any applicable provider restrictions, you may use STL files and other generated design files produced through your account for personal or commercial purposes.

We do not transfer rights that we do not own. If your input includes third-party material, trademarks, characters, logos, people, or protected designs, you are responsible for obtaining permission before using or selling output.

13. 3D Printing and Food Safety

CutterForge provides digital files. Print success depends on factors outside our control, including printer type, slicer settings, printer calibration, filament or resin, nozzle condition, bed adhesion, print orientation, cleaning practices, and user skill.

  • We do not guarantee that any file will print successfully on every printer or slicer.
  • You are responsible for checking dimensions, wall strength, sharp edges, and structural integrity before use.
  • You are responsible for printer operation, supervision, maintenance, and material selection.
  • We are not responsible for failed prints, wasted material, printer damage, or equipment issues except where mandatory law says otherwise.

Food-contact use is your responsibility. Many 3D printing materials, coatings, pigments, and printed surfaces are not food-safe. Printed objects can trap food residue and bacteria in layer lines. You must choose appropriate food-safe materials and cleaning methods, follow local food safety rules, and inspect each printed object before food use.

14. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any mandatory consumer rights, statutory conformity rights for digital content or services, rights that cannot be waived by contract, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law applies and the rest of the Terms remain in effect as far as legally possible.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutterForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or costs of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to CutterForge is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or €100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, deliberate recklessness, death or personal injury where applicable, mandatory consumer rights, or statutory rights that cannot be waived.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using CutterForge at any time. You can request account deletion by contacting us or using account settings where available.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, abused the service, failed to pay amounts due, or used CutterForge in a way that may harm us, users, providers, or third parties.

Where practical and legally appropriate, we will give notice or an opportunity to fix the issue. We may act immediately for security, fraud, legal, payment, or abuse reasons.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service, pricing, legal requirements, providers, or business model change. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, such as an in-product notice, email, or prominent website notice.

Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using CutterForge and cancel any paid subscription before the changes take effect, unless mandatory law gives you additional rights.

18. Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws and court rights that apply in your country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the competent courts will be determined by applicable law. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued, so we do not link to it.
